To order over the phone please call 410-579-1501. Our business hours are 11-6 Monday to Friday eastern standard time. Saturdays are by appointment only depending on track events and installation schedules.

Ordering online with Paypal -To order online press the Paypal shopping cart button and follow the prompt to the checkout screen. The system will automatically calculate shipping at which time you can choose which credit card to use and/or e-check. If you choose an item that doesn't have a Paypal shopping cart button, please call 410-579-1501, or send an email to sales@racecompengineering.com with your complete billing and shipping addresses along with a list of the items you wish to order and quantities. We will email a copy of your invoice and send you a Paypal request for the order total.

Ordering by mail - you can also mail in your order along with payment. If you choose to pay by check or money order please contact us in advance by email to get an order total with shipping. Make check or money order payable to "RACECOMPENGINEERING LLC".

By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions:

1. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Payment by COD is not an option. Orders paid by personal check will not be shipped until the check clears.

2. Credit card payments for special orders will be processed at the time we receive your order. Special order items are indicated in the item description on our website. Special orders cannot be canceled or returned.

3. Credit card payments for standard items (non-special order) are processed at time of shipment.

4. There may be occasions when parts are backordered or discontinued by the manufacturer. RACECOMP ENGINEERING/GTWORX shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such an occurrence.

5. All items are shipped UPS/ DHL/FEDEX unless otherwise noted. All orders shipped via UPS/DHL/FEDEX are fully insured for the face value of the item(s). If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us immediately and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please be advised that while we serve as your advocate during this process,RACECOMP ENGINEERING/ GTWORX, its employees or affiliates are not responsible for the outcome of any shipping claim process. We will do everything we can to bring your claim to an expeditious and fair outcome. All items shipped via UPS/DHL/FEDEX require an adult signature at the time of delivery, without exception.

6. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items may be returned within 15 days for store credit only. No cash refunds will be granted. Cancellation of special orders from Japan, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA or any other imported product will be subject to a 25% service charge.

There are no returns permitted on any electronic item. Prior to returning your item(s), we ask that you provide us with a tracking number for your return shipment to us, and also require that the item be insured for the full retail price. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance costs of any and all returns to RACECOMP ENGINEERING/ GTWORX. Used, closeout or other “not-new" items are sold on a final basis only, and cannot be returned for any reason, except if their condition is anything short of what RACECOMP ENGINEERING/GTWORX described to you.

7. RACECOMP ENGINEERING/GTWORX sells parts for competition use only. RACECOMP ENGINEERING/GTWORX shall not be liable for the misuse of any product.

8. All efforts have been made to provide information on our website that is accurate. However, RACECOMP ENGINEERING/GTWORX shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies that might exist.

9. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

10. We will ship internationally to Canada via USPS/FEDEX. All international orders are subject to individual quotes for shipping and handling. Please contact us so that we customize a shipping quote to you. Shipping prices on GTWORX.COM are for contiguous United States. Please contact us if ordering for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and all other international orders.

11. Racecomp Engineering / GTWORX.COM reserves the right to refuse sale to any person for any reason. If sales are refused, all moneys paid will be refunded back. Raceomp Engineering / GTWORX.COM is not responsible for any processing fees.
